I recently sold my late mothers house with Michael, Nino, Freddie and the Kirby Colletti team. They have been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. As I live in London, they went above and beyond, even helped me by letting in tradesmen when I wasn’t able to travel up. When there were a few bumps in the road throughout the sale, (as is so often the case) they dealt with professionally and swiftly. I cannot recommend then highly enough.

Michael and his team were brilliant from the first day they walked into my late fathers house. Totally professional at all times and always felt that they cared about us and the history of the house being with our family for nearly 54 years. Excellent communication at all times, really chased the buyers solicitor and carried out a fantastic job for us. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to sell their house. Keep up the great work.

Have had the pleasure of dealing with this company for approximately 5 years now. Always get a good response from a small but close knit team. Across the range of staff there is always a positive approach to their clients needs for whatever it is that needs addressing. I have sold 2 properties & rented another through them. All aspects are dealt with in a way I would of expected.
Thank you Kirby Colletti for bulking the trend of what a lot of people deem to be a poor performing industry by doing a great job.

Be careful esp. if renting thru them as a tenant! My brother was seriously ill and we rented a flat thru K.C so he could be near my home. During the course of the rental they were ok - not great but equally could’ve been worse. Let’s say 3*’s. However, at the end of the lease my brother went abroad to recuperate at the same time I went on holiday. The issue is that the amount that was withheld when paying back the deposit. Whilst my brother had to agreed to the balance refund from the DPS, I had made repeated requests to have copies of receipts for the professional cleaning that was supposed to have happened. Without those receipts, it is only natural that anyone would think that they have pocketed that part of the deposit. We never heard anymore from them and didn’t realise they had played us off against each other until we met up and talked about it. So I would say 1 * for the end of lease service. So I have averaged those two ratings at 2 *. They might be fine as selling agents - I don’t know - but given my experience, I wouldn’t use them.
