What can I say about Knights? to say I was alittle skeptical is an understatement but from the moment I met Resit, he arrived at the property very well propered with other properties with information and pictures in the area to give me examples of what our property would go for. He went above and beyond to reassure me he could sell this within 6 weeks! Guess what he did it!! I would not think twice about using Knights again. All staff are great including Samantha and Dino. Thank you all, but thank you Resit for all the updates and getting a fantastic price for the property

Knights estate agency is a 15/10! Resit was recommended to myself and it was the best recommendation. He made the process of selling my property so easy and informed me with what was happening every step of the way. Resit went above and beyond; especially with how the housing market is today, I feel like he moved mountains to make the sale.
I was so stressed but having resit on my side the process was a breeze. He is a true professional in his field.
The staff at knights are all so professional and friendly I felt like I have known them forever.

Definitely a 5 star agency, their EAs are professional, honest and trustworthy. Hats off to Resit who has been great to work with. He is always honest with my enquiries regarding the property, not afraid to disclose issues related to the house, laid out pros & cons if going ahead. I’m a first time buyer so negotiating the price is difficult but I feel Resit doesn’t only work for the sellers but care for us buyers as well. I explained my situation and budget range, he managed to find a perfect house ticking all my requirements, Resit asked me to promise not to pull out. I kept my promise and he kept his, even my mortgage application took longer than expected, even everyone knows I’m desperate to move in before Xmas. All the way to exchange and complete, no price changes from the seller and it has been a very smooth journey. Buying is stressful and the least you want is extra pressure from EA/seller while dealing with mortgage and legals. I fully recommend Knights to everyone reading this, they are fantastic and saved me lots of time and energy. I would definitely use them again if ever save enough to upsize :)

From my initial enquiry to the final sale of my property Knights (Resit & Stephanie) were enthusiastic about selling my property & delivered on their promises. The were honest & managed my expectations as a seller with confidence & realistic targets & worked hard to ensure my buyers were supported throughout the process.
They are definitely worth the commission they charge as they have worked hard to earn this.
I'd highly recommend Knights if you're thinking of selling or buying.

We used Knights Estate Agents to sell our home and have been extremely happy with the service, from the initial valuation to putting it on the market, it has been a seamless process. A special mention to Resit (Resh) who from the moment we met had great energy and enthusiasm and has been exceptional from start to finish getting us a great price for our home when many agents were really undervaluing in this market and getting our house sold in 6 weeks. He had great communication throughout and always seemed to go above and beyond with anything we needed along the way. I would highly recommend Resh and the team!!!
