I approached Langford Russell for a one bedroom flat and Jack immediately responded. He showed all the available properties within my budget and scheduled viewing. Highly recommend Jack Frendo in Lettings, whole process has been stressful as first time renting however any issues we faced Jack and his team managed to secure the best outcome for us which we greatly appreciate. The team at Langford Russell - Bromley office, worked tenaciuously and diligently whilst selling my property. I was always kept informed, and whenever I had questions or issues, these were answered promptly. Jake Fahey leads an amazing team but I think praise should go to Jack Rampling who pushed every boundary in getting the sale finally through today. First class experience working with Langford Russell on the sale of our house and the purchase of a new build. Jack, Jake & Chris were excellent throughout. Communications - just great. I was very impressed with LR Bromley on our recent house sale. Jack Rampling was professional, knowledgeable and helpful all the way through.
I was with a different agent before LR who really didn’t do a great job, so I was grateful for LR who came in, brought all the LR agents from all branches round, understood my needs, managed expectations and sold my house for a great price on the FIRST weekend they had it listed after 4 months of stagnation with another agent.
Jake, the manager, was polite and kept in touch also to make sure all was going smooth. The communication was great throughout conveyancing too.
Special shoutout to Rebecca too who helped with all the documentation, printing!! and updates through the process!
Well done LR. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased my house through Langford Russell and cannot recommend Jake and Jack Rampling enough. They showed me a good selection of relevant properties and once I found the one I wanted were super efficient and effective in getting the sale through super speedily (in just 8 weeks from having my offer accepted). They made useful recommendations, ensured things were moving and kept me and my solicitor well informed throughout the process - it was genuinely seamless. When the time comes to sell I won’t hesitate to use them again.

The sale was in a chain which proved to be quite problematic and stressful for people that were in it. Langford Russell managed the situation very well and everything went through in the end. Without their professional assistance the chain would have probably collapsed
