Matthew from Livin has been absolutely fantastic! From the start to finish I cannot fault his efforts to get our sale through to completion and hats off to him for sticking to his word. He done what he said he was going to do! We had been on the market for several months with another agent in Thornton Heath and Matthew knocked on our door. We eventually sat down and had a conversation with him and he set out a plan of action which was executed really well and led us to achieve a brilliant price and now completed. I would highly recommend Matthew as a great agent and the rest of the guys at Livin!

Leon and the team are fantastic. Don’t be put off by their small team compared to other bigger high street agents, it really is to your benefit. Having used other agents previously, I can say the service you get with Livin seems more focussed and attentive. Making contact with them is easy and everyone knows who you are! They really came into their own post-offer and were incredible at pushing the sale forwards, informing all parties when information was needed and of the next steps (putting my solicitor to shame a little). Thanks again guys!

Matthew's service was absolutely phenomenal! Initially, I dismissed him as just another typical Estate Agent, but his persistence and dedication proved me wrong. Despite turning him away the first time, he returned two more times, showcasing his character and resilience. Matthew's handling of viewings was exceptional, and he even managed to secure a buyer during the first open weekend, despite us being on the market for over 3 months with another well-known agency. Throughout the sales process, he navigated through obstacles with ease, effectively managing both our solicitor and the buyer's solicitor. I'm grateful for Matthew's persistence; without it, we might not have sold our property. He's a credit to the Estate Agency profession. I rarely write reviews, but I simply had to for Livin Estate Agents. They have been amazing in their service to us purchasing a property from them. Always responding speedily to any queries, never having to chase them up for information or clarification on anything. Professional and courteous the entire time. Cannot recommend them enough! What a refreshing change to find a company who provide great customer service which is usually sadly lacking these days.
