Be Careful of this letting agents, they are only in the letting sector to hold your deposit, they did not return my holding deposit and I have also spoken to other tenant who dealt with this letting, the other tenant also did not get their full deposit after they left the property. There are few other letting Agents like this one, so be careful. Whoever, will have this issue please contact the Trading Standard and the Scheme under which this letting agents is registered Please be grateful you got 1 star, otherwise this letting agents like this, did not deserve any....
