My house has just sold STC after being with Martin and Co for less than a month! Paul who took the photos was fantastic, I couldn't fault him, attention to detail was incredible and he shows me the photos each time to ensure I was happy. If I wanted the photo being taken slightly different we took the photo, Paul was very patient and knowledgeable.
Once the house was on the market I liaised with Tracey who was fantastic once again, very quick on viewings and trying to organise them to suite my timescales and availability best, very honest and down to earth. When I received an offer Tracey was very good at liaising information and advice and I received an offer I am happy with.
Couldn't fault them at all!

Ruth Pearson was a massive help when it came to becoming new tenants! She helped us to buy the property too! She is so lovely and bubbly. I’ve never once been stressed about the property I’m in due to the support and information that she has given me through the whole process! Right from our first contact with the office we were very happy with the professionalism of the staff at Martin & Co. Paul came out to value our home, he was very friendly, open and approachable. Once we made the decision to put our home up for sale Paul worked quickly to get it on the market as soon as possible (even working on a Sunday evening). Within a week of going on the market we had sold our home. We could not be happier with this company and would 100% recommend them to others.

I used Martin and Co. to sell our house recently. Paul visited our house and explained the process and provided a selling pack to help with the process. Not long after listing with Martin and Co. we had an offer that we accepted. The eventual sale took a while as other partcipants in the chnain fell through but we got there in the end. The staff at the Rotherham branch were always professional, helpful and friendly. Mention to Paul and Sue in helping the tranaction through to completion.

I couldn't recommend Martin&Co enough. Paul was brilliant at getting our house on the market and Sue has been exceptional in sorting everything. We have had a rough time with the sale and I honestly don't know what we would have done without Sue's help!

We have not used Martin & Co before, but from the outset were very impressed with the people involved. Paul came to the property to give a valuation, talk us through the process and answer our questions in a friendly, professional and supportive way. Sue kept us informed at every step and was very approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all a very good experience. A huge thank you to them and the team.

Sue and the team at Martin & Co Rotherham have been great with myself and my partner when purchasing our forever home. From the day of submitting our offer in August, they have been hands on to answer any questions we’ve had about the house throughout the process and were great in helping us communicate with the seller to ensure our sale went through smoothly and quickly. We received a house warming package when collecting the keys, and the team had also gotten me and my partner a personalised present for our baby we are expecting in March.
