My advice if using this company is to ensure you take photos of everything when you move in and put all requests in writing as they deny all knowledge of verbal requests. They will try to take money off the bond for the slightest thing (e.g. a chair being moved to a different room!) They are happy to provide inadequate equipment e.g. a fridge/freezer with no freezer drawers or shelf for bottles in the fridge door yet don't allow for any general wear and tear. Avoid using this company if you can!

I have been renting with MCR in Manchester for nearly 3 years and the property dalesman walk was a real pleasure to stay in.
The agency delivered a very professional service and the landlord went above and beyond to ensure the flat maintained and any issues resolved very quickly, garden maintained, off street parking and only a short distance to central town and night life l

This company is awful and I would avoid fully.They are unprofessional and very rude. Upon living there we encountered so many problems with the house only to be told that it’s not their problem and doing the bare minimum to get by. Then when moving out they then tried to charge me and my flats mates for stupid things including furniture that came with the room, to remove it!

Very unprofessional company and renting through them has been a nightmare. They are reluctant to do anything that involves them doing work.They’re rude and all they care about is the money not if they’re properties are habitable. They don’t care about their tenants especially if they are students and take full advantage of you.
