Great service from Michael Poole, Yarm. During the valuation Derek was friendly, informative and personable. I liked that he was not pushy and I didn’t feel pressured into anything.
Throughout the sale process Amber was regularly in touch with ourselves and the buyer’s solicitor. She gave frequent updates, escalated any issues down the chain and was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

Big shout of appreciation to Amber in the Yarm office, she constantly carried out lots of chasing for us as there was delays on our buyers side with land registry issues. Probably still wouldn’t have even completed our sale/purchase by next year if it wasn’t for her persistence so thanks Amber!

Fantastic service by Michael Poole, from valuation to completion, they have been great. Conveyancing if they use Merritts of yarm.
That side of things was not good, and service poor.
