Monarch as my solicitors when buying a house: My experience with Monarch was sub-par unfortunately. I felt as though I had to constantly chase Monarch for documents and information, even up until my move-in day. There was one day in particular, I was trying to get in touch and saw on social media that they were sipping champagne and wearing face masks in the office. This was most concerning. I think it’s obvious that it’s a rather young company, so next time I will be looking for a company that is a bit more professional with their approach.... Read more
