Turned up to viewing, were told first come first served so we competed with another group at the viewing and managed to fill out the form first. A week later we get an email that said they tried sending a confirmation email but the email bounced back for an unknown reason so they gave the house to another group without attempting to ring us first to tell us we got the house. We lost out on the house through no error of our own.... Read more
