Not had to negotiate a tenancy for a number of years I approached Park Lane Properties for up-to-date advice. Ben on the enquiries desk gave me guidance on how to go about taking on a new property to rent. A viewing was immediately arranged with Charlotte to view 3 properties that were advertised obnoxiously the company’s website. Charlotte arrived at each property at the exact time specified. She was even able to unravel a situation where I had changed my mind about a commitment. After gaining the landlords agreement for the rent Ben sent all the emails to me promptly for the necessary signatures and deposits. Ben then arranged a final meeting with Sennon to hand over the keys an Sennon provided with some details of the back- up I can receive from Park Lane. Excellent service right from the beginning to checkout.I cant thank Charlotte and Sennon enough for the help they gave me right from my first viewing of the apartment and on to my 2years living there.Any issues I had were dealt with and when I finally moved out I completed my paperwork and got my deposit back no problem,you guys are a credit to Parklane,thankyou very much.I would happily recommend Parklane for anybody who wishes to renting Leeds centre.... Park Lane have been great. They offered me a viewing of the property, which was 3 hours after I phoned them! Being a 1st time renter, they have supported me with answering so many questions, not one bit of bother. Walked me through the process step by step and supported me in thinking about all my different options. Email replies within 5 minutes at times, they've been great.
