Reeds Rains recently took over the management of my property. Phil, the letting agent, is a consummate professional. He made sure that my property was fully compliant with all laws and regulations. He recommended, and arranged, inspections and ensured that the property had all of the appropriate certification. He visited my tenants and introduced himself to them so that they felt comfortable and reassured that they were dealing with someone who had their best interests at heart. He always responds quickly to my enquiries and provides me with clear advice and recommendations. I mostly deal with Dawn Stuttard and Phil Simpson who are always at hand to assist aswel as being thorough and efficient.
They make my property buying/letting experience that bit easier

Awful treatment.
After the death of my Mum, and my Dad with Dementia in a care home, I asked for a valuation of their property which is in good condition.
Julia came and immediately dropped a bombshell that she believed my Dad did not own the house. No tact nothing. I nearly dropped to the floor. I began to wonder if my parents had been scammed. Her attitude was rude, condescending, unprofessional quite frankly unbelievable.
I immediately went to my solicitor who has the Deeds to the house and he said she was talking rubbish. My Dad completely owned the house and gave me a trustworthy Estate agent to contact. Why would someone do that?
Avoid this firm at all costs. There are much better ones out there.

Amazing service AGAIN Dawn. Sold our last house in July 23 to a perfect timescale and price. And just done it again. House placed on market in January 24 as advised. Offer within 4 weeks. And completed after another 9 weeks. When you expect an end of May completion and get job done by 2nd week of April after 2 Bank Holidays. Enough said. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Reeds Rains for some time. Regarding the initial set-up and administration we experienced delays in paperwork and replies that were frustrating. The lettings and maintenance teams however have done an excellent job at liaising with the tenants, tradesmen and ourselves. They can be relied on in an emergency which has been reassuring and useful.

I must say what an absolute gentleman Phil is and how professional and driven he was to help me get into my new home. The whole team at Reeds Rain have gone above and beyond my expectations when dealing with my late husband’s property. They have been amazing since day 1: empathetic, sincere and kind. They helped me at my lowest point and were always ever a quick friendly phone call away.
I thought that living 150 miles away from the property would be a real challenge but the team at Reeds Rain even had ways of getting around these issues. The advert for the property itself was very professionally done and they managed to sell the property extremely quickly.
I would recommend them to anyone considering an estate agent. In the end I felt like the whole team were dear friends and I will never forget their care and support during such a difficult time.

The staff at Reeds Rain have all been professional, efficient and very friendly. Julia who came to the house was friendly and informative while carrying out all necessary checks and measurements. Julia new which type of market to put the house on and what price. She was exactly right and sold it very quickly. Dawn was exactly the same regarding chasing paperwork and completing the sale of the house. Thank you so much guys.
