Fantastic experience overall. Kiran is an knowledgeable and helpful individual. I spoke to her initially and she promptly guided me through and arranged a call with the mortgage advisor to better understand the process and what's needed to step on to the property ladder. She had a calm and a friendly nature. I would highly recommend them.

I am disappointed with how we were treated in regards to making an offer with absolutely no communication.We had to chase this agent who lied to us and kept us hanging on for six days whilst we were in the dark.I have nothing good to say about this agent...You make an offer you don't want to chase the agent yourself in a negotiation process...A negotiation process which is so poor and six days later to find out its a no....As people who really wanting to give any stars because right now six days of waiting for a reply basically a no is disgusting.
