Sharing my experience during moving in with Romans which was great and post that , we reached out to the Property Manager - Kimberley Garcia for some minor repairs. Super prompt response, super prompt follow ups and very swiftly attended to. Thank you Kim, really appreciate all the work you do and take things on priority. We are in good hands with you. Adding to my previous review, this is 3 years on and I had a very beautiful experience with Harry Rice - who contacted me for renewal. I am not happy with Roman’s since day 1 . Because the person who showed us the property while we were renting promised us many things but didn’t do anyone them . The first property manager Tessa was the only helping property manager we got in last 5 years . Property managers are keep changing almost every few months . We are facing some problems inside our property and Roman’s is aware of it for last two years and none of the problems has been solved yet... Read more

I rented a property from Romans about a month ago. So far I have been able to sort out all the difficulties I have had in renting a property with the help of Sang (the letting agent), Kimberley (the property manager) and Kim. In fact, they have always been helpful. They took care of everything (even the simplest process of registering for council tax, choosing an energy supplier, etc.) in a very friendly and helpful manner. Although I have no further experience with other agencies, I would say that these guys have really made a positive impact on my opinion of Romans.... Read more

2023 This is going to be my 5th year renting with Romans agency. And I can only say this is the best agency I ever had. The reason being is because the members of staff that work really hard to make sure that you are happy and safe. I want to thank particulary Kimberly Garcia Jones. She is amazing, always goes above and beyond, very attentive, kind and always makes me feel comfortable and shows genuine care for her clients. James Fleming was appointed as my move manager at Romans Estate Agents. He was wonderful during the whole process of buying the house. He is very responsive whenever I have any queries and replies in quick time. He handled so many queries related to the sellers and helped in the smooth process. He is kind and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure things remain good. We had a minor hiccup at the last stage of our purchase just before the exchange, but James definitely pushed our case to the sellers to complete quickly. The whole process with the Romans was also very nice, and I would recommend them for any future house tenancy and buying/selling process.... Read more
