Very poor service! Had a flat viewing booked in Matlock over a day in advance for 11:30am. They phoned at 9:55am the morning of the viewing to confirm we would be attending. Paid £25 for the train and started making my way over only for them to cancel at 10:55am when I am just about to arrive in Matlock. I hate to ever leave a bad review. However, this is absolutely unacceptable service. What a waste of time and a considerable amount of money for nothing. It should not be an option to cancel a viewing this close to the appointed time, especially without good reason. I was not given good reason for this!... Read more

My partner and I booked a viewing with them for 11:30, an agent called us at 09:55am to confirm we were attending, we made our way out, getting a train and I’d come from a nightshift. They cancelled at 10:44 with a poor excuse. Super disappointed and wasted money. Will not be booking anything with this company.... Read more
