Had so many poor experiences with agents not properly caring for the property, the tenant, etc. These guys also had a bit of a shaky start but after some personnel changes have done a much better job. Professional and responsive. I’m pleased right now with how they are managing my property.

Can highly recommend dealing with Connie Green, Property Manager, Maintenance and Inspections Dept. It is a pleasure having someone who is on the ball when dealing with landlords. She is very informative and ‘gets things done’!

Reported issues with our boiler broken down on a Saturday morning, dealt with Kelsie May and was very helpful, got engineer out, parts replaced and service back up the same day, really good service

I had been renting from Let It for almost 2 years and they have been really helpful with viewing, moving in and moving out. We met lovely Kelsey for the viewing back in 2021 who showed us around. We met several other agents throughout the tenancy who were very helpful. The viewings were done every 3 months to make sure everything was in order. Checking out was done by Connie, who was very nice and polite. We had to reattend in order to clean some areas that we missed and Connie was very helpful with the process. Overall we are highly satisfied with their service.
