From producing high quality marketing material, arranging for the home report and thereafter providing viewing agents to “sell” the property to prospective buyers. Carole was my appointed sales negotiator, she was extremely professional and obviously had a wealth of experience. She was charming and approachable and communicated regularly with timely updates, guiding me through the process and making recommendations as required. The entire team worked together navigating through the different stages of the sale process which culminated in achieving in excess of my target sale value.
