It's impossible to overstate how impressed I have been by Frost's Gerrards Cross office's handling of the sale of my late parents' house. A special mention of Jackie who as the principal contact was proactive, informative at every stage and totally professional throughout a somewhat protracted transaction - thanks to delays on the buyers' side - while always pleasant and friendly. Matthew was very helpful in advising on the marketing strategy while Lizzie, Sonia and Clare all helped in fielding queries and keeping me informed.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this excellent team.

The team at Frost in Gerrards Cross have been excellent at helping to sell our property whilst we were abroad - despite them being brought in as secondary agents. Matthew Craft in particular was very proficient at collaborating with the initial agent to get the sale done and always kept the lines of communication open with us. He was always very responsive on text or email at any time and nothing was too much trouble (eg sorting the heating and hot water schedule out as our property was vacated). Highly recommend this agent!

The entire Frost team have been wonderful through the whole process of me buying my first house. Sonia and Matthew were very patient and made the process much less daunting for me. They did what they said they would, they kept me update at each stage and where always there for my multiple questions. They were very professional but also very approachable, they care about what they do and you can tell that. I highly recommend Frost Key Gerrards Cross.
