Had a good experience viewing properties with this agency. Simon was particularly lovely and informative and showed us multiple properties after each other which saved us time as we did not live in the area.

We’ve had several viewings with Simon from the Personal agent, and trust me, having viewed about 15 properties now, he is by far the best! Easy to talk to, knowledgeable, on time, and doesn’t push anything too hard like some Estate agents do. Couldn’t recommend him higher!

Contacted The Personal Agent this morning for a New Malden property but was redirected through to a different office instead. Despite it not being his catchment, Simon was incredibly helpful and very kindly set me up on their system and then he liaised with the correct office to get me a viewing (again, out of his own area). Very helpful and lovely experience, thank you Simon!

I finally exchanged Contracts yesterday and am overjoyed as was a stressful transaction with vendors having chain involved with myself chain free and a first time buyer.
Samantha voller went beyond the lime with keeping me updated and calming my nerves she was absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough.
Anybody considering purchasing a property the personal agent is a very excellent agent especially Samantha going above all set standards delivering first class service.
