Having appointed the Square Room to sell my property around mid December 2023, they proceeded to find me a buyer within 2 days of it going live, and got to within £1000 of the asking price. The whole experience was excellent, the staff very attentive and helpful, in particular Paul and Alex, who kept me in the loop and provided updates regularly. I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending using The Square Room to sell a property on the Fylde Coast, and should we require an estate agent in the future they’ll definitely be my first port of call. Thank you for everything!!

Staff pleasant .. communication mostly good, however they displayed the house had sold when it was only under offer,. The sale fell though and we lost 2 months of viewings. I did ask give them to keep accepting viewings until the sale was guaranteed, they then did this. Lesson learnt .

Good company, they sold my house where others failed. Disappointing that on one occasion that they where unable to do viewing when requested, I had paid for this service as I did not want to get involved with the viewing, made it very awkward, apart from that I would still use the square again without hesitation.

Very professional and fantastic service. House was under offer in less than 1 week. Nothing was too much trouble. They constantly kept me up to date and answered my numerous emails and phone calls. Highly recommend.

Viewed a property today in Staining and my husband nearly broke his arm and neck on the slippery decking in the back garden ,yes it was raining and yes we was told it was slippery and to be careful but that does not make it acceptable.. who wants to buy a house thats so slippery you’ll end up dead with in a month in bad weather .. not to mention my husband nearly slipping but caught his balance on the way up the front garden red pathway that’s slippery as anything.. just posting to warn other viewers as they said they can’t clean it but can only warn people that it’s slippery.. let’s hope no one gets a broken leg but you never know might be on off your staff then maybe you’ll sort it then

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the team at The Square Room. I feel you offer an outstanding service. From the first meeting with Paul back in January to the completion yesterday I have been very impressed. Had an offer over the asking price within 4 days of it going up for sale. The Square Room came recommended to me and I can see why. Never did I think that the process would run so smoothly, but it has. Sue has been an absolute star and supported me all the way through, keeping me updated at each step.

Very dishonest agency don't take higher offers for their customers saying that owner don't want higher offer for the property and is happy with the lower price it's logical that every sell would like sell for higher price. Avoid

Met with 3 local Estate agents. But it was the insightful guidance of the local property market (with no sales pitch!) given by the Square Room MD Paul Bayliss that persuaded me to place my business with him. Charges were on a par (if not a little better) than other local agents which is always a positive. Great communication from the team at their HO in Thornton kept me updated and made the sale process as painless as possible. Well worth the 5 star recommendation.
