If you have a choice, never rent anything from this agency.. few years back, I rented a house from them. I never got back my deposit (house was full of dump then I move out 3 days before contract was end) also, In The House was gas for card, but the landlord sent my details to the gas company and I have to pay the bill for it .. I speak with agency but they not care.. never trust Hindu just awful people.. I hope karma will get them 10x..... Read more

Thistle estates are an extremely unprofessional estate agent. In my 12 years of renting, I have never experienced such a rude, unprofessional agent. They do not repair when they need to, they make excuses to avoid repairing things in the property which clearly state in the contract are their responsibility. The manager Rukhsana (Rooky), doesn’t have any managing skills or professionalism, as neither does her husband Steve. Their employee Linda.. oh dear. They take your deposit money and lie to the deposit protection company with fake invoices so they can take some of your deposit money. I’m so glad I haven’t had any dealings with them since October 2021 & I strongly advise you to avoid them like the plague!!... Read more

I wouldn't pay much attention to the negative reviews below. I found Rooki and her team to be highly professional and friendly. They manage some property for me and, have recently dealt with a sale for me which went through very smoothly, always on the ball! She charges a fair price unlike other agents, she gives you an honest opinion and goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. I would definatley recommend Thistle Estates.... Read more

Don’t go to these agents, highly unprofessional and rude.We had been with them for 4 years however upon ending the tenancy agreement we found that they had lost all of our signed documents and proceeded to renovate the property and attempt to charge us for cleaning. In addition during the tenancy they put in very little effort to maintain the property and if things did go wrong on most occasions bodged a repair. As well as they didn’t disclose that the landlord was actually the director of the company. Stay away !... Read more
