Were great while we were living in the property but were horrendous when trying to get out deposit back, we spent all day cleaning the flat & they sent us pictures of single specs of dust trying to claim a £120 cleaning fee. Had to go through the property ombudsmen which took months to recover our deposit.... Read more

When you’re in the apartment they are great leave you alone and any issues come fix it quickly. But when it comes to getting your deposit back they will fight you tooth and nail on every single penny. Be warned! Horrible to deal with once you leave.... Read more

I lived in a property managed by VZ Properties for a year and our tenant experience was awful. Upon the commencement of the tenancy, it was agreed that the property would be professionally cleaned and the carpets to have a deep shampoo clean as there were large stains in the living room. The agreements were not met. During the 12 month tenancy, we had dozens of issues in which the VZ failed to get into contact and continuously chase with the landlord as they were overseas leaving the issues ongoing for months. Some of are issues were: 1. Broken mattress 2. Broken bed frame 3. Moth infestation on the carpet 4. Broken bathroom door lock 5. Mould in the bathrooms I suggest for tenants to opt for other estate agencies if they want to live in a comfortable and well repaired property.... Read more

Everything with this estate agent went fairly smoothly from viewing up to moving in. Not too many issues while we were at the property. It was after we moved out where the issues started to arise. There were many delays for them to provide an update of our returned deposit, 3 weeks passed before we were updated The property had been left in pristine condition. It was thoroughly deep cleaned to a standard higher than when we moved into the property. We detailed quite a number of issues / defects with the property and furniture etc. These had obviously not been reviewed prior to letting us know of the deductions to our deposit as all of the issues were already problems which we noted before we moved in. The icing on the cake was an invoice (if you could call it that, merely a small piece of paper with a few words scribbled on it) which detailed a 7 hour clean to the property! Either the cleaner is taking the piss out of the estate agent or the estate agent taking the piss out of us. We explained these deductions were already issues and they wouldnt compromise on anything. They just referred us to raise a dispute with the DPS which is extremely annoying. I am fully confident that we will receive the entirity of our deposit but these claims take time which is most frustrating. I would avoid but if necessary to use this agent i would ensure you detail anything that doesnt match up with inventory when you move in as they will try to rinse you at the end of tenancy... The WORST rental estate agent I have EVER come across. Will take half of your deposit. Provide “pictures” of evidence that is from BEFORE I moved into the property. Use the DPS as a deposit protection scheme which is a corrupt company in itself and you won’t expect to see any of your cash back. Liars and scammers.... Read more

Very poor customer service, was promised a working dishwasher before my son moved in, we're still waiting over a month later. Leanne was extremely unhelpful and rudely put the phone down on me when questioned about dither and delay. Several other pieces of equipment still not working, very much a don't care attitude. Should not have to chase an agent at least once a week for them to do their job.... Read more

Omg I never have seen fraud property company like this. Don't trust them. They will ask u to pay the deposit and home will be urs. Then firstly they won't give u the house on the top they will make u homeless as u have to give the notice to current landlord. And its not easy to get ur money back.... Read more
