My brother recently sold his house through WH Brown Shipley. From the outset when I met the valuer, I had a good impression and later when I had communication with the branch the advice was excellent. I received regular updates from the branch on how viewings were going, at one point I discussed reducing the asking price, however the agent reassured me we I should wait which then resulted in a successful sale. Lady that answered the phone was very rude! Think she woke up from the wrong side of the bed. There is a way to say things, definitely needs to work on her customer service skills or may be she needs to change her profession due to her not being able to communicate politely/effectively. Appalling.

This estate agents know their business. I left all the worries to them and they delivered on time.
The staff always had time for me and answered any questions I had.

It took a long time to sell my property,mainly due to a buyer who pulled out after much hardwork by Ella who looked after the sale for a full year. Eventually she found a buyer and the sale went through. I found William .h.Brown and all the staff to be efficient,thoughtful and helpful all the time. This was the second sale they have dealt with for me and I would recommend them highly.
