Felt under pressure to accept low offers. Felt they were more for the buyers than myself. Very sarcastic comments from one of the staff. Remember they are not your friends it is a business. Felt railroaded. Feel let down. Felt bullied by certain members of staff. Felt powerless and all control taken away from me. Even the manager acted in a bullying way and I was feeling scared and frightened by his manner towards me. Just so upset feel it was a done deal and they took all my choices away from me and l had no control. Even at the end l wanted to cancel but was lied to. I believe that they new the couple and would not tell me the section of the report that found fault with my house. I just didn't believe them and knew they were lying to me. I was definitely going threw a bad time and couldn't think straight. I was talking nonsense as l had lost my mind threw the stress. I will never forgive them for the way l was blind. . They wouldn't even let me complain about them to the Ombudsman as they said they didn't have a complaints procedure.. I b... Read more

I had a property within the heart of Egerton and on reading that William Thomas were local experts I decided to sell with them , they have been lovely to deal with throughout the process , I gave them the keys and they did the rest but totally professional always willing to help with any questions I had. The property is now sold and completed , I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of selling in the local area try them I don’t think you will be disappointed. My seller used William Thomas to list their property, so although I didn't have much choice in dealing with this estate agent as a buyer, I have to say they were very pleasant, moved things along where possible and were very responsive.
