1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Purchased a property with a vendor I knew but through lanes, it was not the easiest purchase some of which came to the vendor, however Lanes made it SO MUCH easier and helped hugley push the purchase through and always at the other end of the phone for me! Would definitely recommend!

I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

3rd Apr 2024 (9 weeks ago)Wes and Louis were amazing help throughout the sale process. From the first meeting with Wes discussing our plans to move, right up to the day of the sale. During our sale, our buyer had pulled out which threw everything up in the air. Wes and Louis managed to find us a new buyer on the same day and saved the whole move. Absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander for any move.

2nd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)Sandy Gorton handled the renting of the property and was superb from the word 'go'. He had people round, he chased up to see how interested they were and if they weren;t, why not. His communication with me was excellent. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and, quite honestly, he was like a Knight in shining armour. It did not take him long to find us a tenant and we are very grateful for his hard work, perseverance and charm.

But with Wright’s, I had my own flat within two weeks. They were efficient, helpful, organized, professional, and friendly. Louise was great and any time I needed help or had any questions, she responded almost right away. I can't recommend them enough. They are the only agents out there doing anything different. They don't just chuck your house on Rightmove with generic pictures and hope someone gets in contact. They work hard to make sure you get the best marketing and highest potential reached. I have dealt with A LOT of estate agents over the last few months, and Chris and Jon are in a different league. They are approachable, knowledgeable, and they care!
