2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Buying a house through Weatherill's in Hangleton has been a very pleasant and all round positive experience. The team are one of the most pleasant I've ever dealt with. Emma was superb on every level. Just the most pleasant and efficient person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Emma was very patient. Kevin and the wider team were great too. I always felt like they were in control of the process, made communication effortless and always answered the phone/emails and called back fast. Very pleased to have now exchanged and moving in to our new family home next week. Thank you for such a great service!

30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Please consider this warning if you are a student. Despite reporting issues like dampness in our property and bedrooms for over eight months, no corrective actions have been taken. I have regularly contacted the lettings team and emailed maintenance about damp, mould, and various health and safety hazards, but these concerns have not been prioritised or addressed. The property fails to meet health and safety standards, and our complaints seem to be disregarded. Our in-person efforts to discuss these problems were met with scripted responses, showing a lack of empathy for the distress and frustration we've experienced. It appears the only time the team shows concern is when it's time to collect rent. I advise students to seek accommodation elsewhere.

1st May 2024 (18 days ago)This is the worse service I have ever received over the years I have been renting in the UK, the team nor the staff in charge of the property we are renting were not present nor have ideas on the state of the flat, the bedroom is full of damp on the walls and smelling, we were told it been fix and we got the keys yesterday with nothing done on that, I called also sent an email to the team with no response from the staff Michael who has been in contact with us. The toilet basin is linking, the toilet pipe is not properly covered, broken tiles in the bathroom, the rugs/carpet is so untidy, dirty and rough from either over used and not properly cleaned or the carpet needs to be changed. Fridge freezer is old and unkept, broken washing machine to say the least. We are really disappointed and unhappy as this doesn't worth the stress and the rentals we, and I don't see my family leaving here as a desired home. It's really sad

29th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)I’ve recently sold my flat with Jacobs Steel. Damien, Harry and the team were incredible and I feel so lucky to have chosen them amongst so many other agencies in Brighton. As a designer working from home and anxious about the viewings disrupting my work etc.. they were so polite and respectful from the beginning. Once I had an offer they assisted me all the way throughout the process. Damien was always on top of things and if he wasn’t for him I would have given up! A really professional agency, very positive and supporting - exactly what you need while going through a very stressful time..thanks so much and keep up the great job!!

He was friendly, efficient, knowledgable, extremely helpful and great at staying in touch and keeping me updated. Even when someone lower down the chain caused some delays he really helped to resolve the issues and remained patient and positive throughout, which made me have the same outlook. Whether you’re selling or buying I would highly recommend Heb without hesitation!! Excellent 10/10 ????
