28th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)It's been over 1 month since our tenancy agreement ended and still not received our deposit. Did not offer any true updates throughout, we have been told a few times that a refund has been processed but it hadn't, your staff where lying to me on the phone just to get rid of me. Called the landlord, he said you only contacted him in regards to our deposit last Friday, nearly a month after our tenancy ended. I thought a deposit was meant to be refunded within 10 days after the tenancy ended.
2nd Apr 2024 (9 weeks ago)Sara and her team were brilliant, friendly and helpful right from the valuation. We got our house valued unsure as to if we were staying or moving until we knew the value. We told Sara this and she didn’t mind at all. Once on the market the team could not do enough to help. Offer received and then issues in the chain. Kerry was very patient with us and helped me stay sane. All the issues at the bottom of the chain (out of our hands!), we agreed everything that could go wrong, did ! Our completion date was put back 3 times; every step of the way the team were there to take my call, deal with my tears and give us the reassurance we needed. Nest really did earn their commission on our sale. Thank you seems so insignificant for all their help. I can strongly recommend this company.
25th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We chose Profiles to sell our house as Chris is so knowledgeable and there are no hidden fees or penalties in the contract. The team carried out all the viewings and found us a buyer within about a month. They were supportive throughout a prolonged sale process, caused by problems further down the chain, and kept us informed throughout. Thanks very much to Bryonie and the rest of the team.

22nd Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Do not rent house on Lavenham Close in Nuneaton, landlord lives opposite and you wouldn't want to live across the street from that person. When we rented the house we didn't know that the landlord lived opposite and no one told us about it. Landlord will enter your home without your knowledge or consent. Besides, if something breaks, and it definitely will because the house is very old, nothing will be repaired, we lived in a house with a broken toilet for over 6 weeks and the landlord did nothing about it, we had to move out. Connells doesn't help with anything, they lie and cheat all the time. Avoid Connells.

My house was on the market and sold all within a few days of enquiring, and the purchase of my new home went through quickly. Karen and Mary were really friendly and on hand to help with any questions throughout the process! I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

22nd May 2024 (11 days ago)I have used this agency on multiple house sales and I can’t recommend the team enough. Other agency do not compare to the level of client care Alexander’s offer. They proactively contact you with updates when selling, take the best photographs for the listings and when they have sold a property the team keep in contact regarding the sales process right until completion. I recommend Harry and his team to anyone looking to sell or buy!

From start to finish Gus managed a complex sale with professionalism, efficiency, excellent communication and good humour. He secured us the right buyer with relative ease and had great connections across the industry to help the sale move through smoothly. I'm hoping we won't be buying or selling properties again for some time but if we did, we wouldn't hesitate to use Gus again.

23rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.

12th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)The local branch director was remote and almost impossible to contact. The sales girls were hopeless. For example, they got the name of one prospective byer wrong three times in emails, they arranged unaccompanied viewings without consulting us despite being told to email rather than phone for early morning rather than afternoon as specified by us and without checking the potential byers actual ability to make the purchase. When we had had enough of this pantomime I finally managed to speak to the director, although I had specified the communication should be by email, and reiterated our concerns with their service thus far to which he responded: "What do you want me to do" so I told him in no uncertain terms what I would like him to do.

From the start they were very professional with excellent communication throughout the process. They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. My first buyer dropped out but Dan got me sold again in less than two weeks for the full asking price. Excellent service would 100% recommend.
