They were efficient with getting everything sorted and all the paperwork needed. We have not exchanged or completed yet but couldn’t fault them!

We had a few hiccups here and there, but Barney made sure everything was taken care of promptly and expertly. He was our point of contact, and I have to say that he is incredibly honest, kind, yet professional, and has gone above and beyond to help us sell our house and buy our dream house. Updates and communication were continuous; I didn't have to pursue anything. Nothing more could have been expected, couldn't thank you enough. I highly recommend the Property Centre Cheltenham to everyone.

Greg was extremely helpful in resolving my queries, willingly and promptly doing practical things at the house to resolve issues raised by the surveyor, as I was moving from a distance. Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and efficient, and happy to share local knowledge.

17th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)Efficient and helpful. We were with multiagency (2 estate agents) and only with Andrew's less than a week before we accepted an offer from a buyer introduced by our original estate agent. However I would recommend Andrew's for their professionalism and local knowledge.

18th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)I honestly cannot praise this realtor and particularly Belinda enough. As a new resident of the UK she helped me find the best rental for my needs and budget. She then assisted me in what seemed insurmountable legal requirements. Her extra effort could only be truly appreciated when I gave up the let and moved to another county and found dealing with those agencies (6) an absolute nightmare wrt everything related to the rental. Aside the mental and emotional stress they cost me a good few extra £1000's of pounds. I was ready to throw in the towel when I was informed 2 days prior to the booked move that my application was successful. On the contrary ZERO STRESS or EXTRA COST WITH Peter Ball of Charlton Kings. I shall forever be grateful to them. I am sure if I had had dealings with the other agents on my arrival I would have packed up and gone home. BRAVO PETER BALL & BELINDA

Gemma Hutton was outstanding with her relentless chasing of the other agents and solicitors which resulted in us being in before Christmas, a huge thank you from my wife and I.

It was refreshing to deal with Alice who always came back to us in a timely manner and we never had to chase her for anything. Alice was a pleasure to deal with and without her I think we would still be trying to exchange 4 weeks later.- 26th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)Lucy Nutbourne in the Cirencester Lettings office was exceptional in her attitude and professionalism. 3rd May 2024 (30 days ago)Property management is appalling. Lack of communication and no compassion for their tenants. I reported a WASTE WATER leak in January that has destroyed the exterior of the building and the garden and has left stagnant waste water in our garden for months and now in May i am yet to see the building be repaired, even after environmental health declaring this a hazard to public health - no sense of urgency to actually fix the repair, no compensation, not even an ounce of empathy from any of the property management team or the owners. I chase the issue and just get ignored. Minor issues may get looked at but not worth the risk with this company.

Karl has let out and sold properties for me over the last few years and has always gone above and beyond my expectations... I have always felt confident that he's given me completely honest answers and guidance, rather than what I want to hear, finding him has been like gold dust, when it comes to buying/selling/letting, thank you so much Karl! Amazing job :)
29th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Sam is an absolutely fantastic agent - he was the only one of the agents we asked who would examined the house in detail and gave a realistic valuation instead of just asking what we were hoping for and parroting that value back. He clearly has lots of knowledge about the housing stock in the area, advised us how to make the house more sellable and got us loads of viewings and a committed buyer within a short period of time. Maybe other estate agents could do that, but where he really earned his fee was keeping the sale on track through various wobbles. Chasing everyone up, keeping people informed, recommending and contacting various services (without getting kickbacks) and generally making an unpleasant process as smooth as practical. Would highly recommend his personal service over the bigger outfits.

Tom, Tanya and Kim are all so responsive, great to communicate with and were ALWAYS on the ball and ready to help me or deal with any issues I had. Without a doubt one of the best agency’s you could let from, I always felt secure in my home, valued and even during very difficult times with the Covid-19 pandemic I was treating with respect and kindness. Superb experience and I’m genuinely sad to say goodbye to the team as I leave the property. If you are reading this review section to decide if Winkworth is the right agency to rent your or buy your next home from….Take it from me….They are.

Tom has been amazing throughout the whole selling process and was on hand to answer any questions I had - and there were many! He has been very thorough and always been there to help me during every step. I would highly recommend Bear Associates and am extremely grateful for his help and professionalism.

Professional and courteous.... highly Recommended.
