Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Phillip Bullman was the agent we conducted business with primarily and he was always friendly, helpful and professional with advice and assistance throughout. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to sell. Thankyou everyone who worked so hard to get this over the line and am sure I will use them again for any future property transactions which may arise.

As Selling Agents Hamptons Surbiton went far beyond what we would have expected of an Estate Agent to keep the transaction alive during the eight months it took to complete. Paul Marchant, their Senior Sales Consultant, was particularly helpful right from the beginning. He showed complete knowledge about the development and the development company and, having been very effective for both parties during the initial negotiations on price and other aspects of the transaction, he added enormous further value to his role by maintaining meaningful contact with us and liaison with the developer throughout the transaction. We found all the staff at Hamptons with whom we had contact pleasant to deal with and Paul Marchant effective, steadfast and highly understanding and trustworthy.
1st Dec 2023 (24 weeks ago)Shocking agency. I have been waiting for over a year to be reimbursed as a result of having to vacate early due as the heating packed up at the coldest time of the year. I was only a few weeks from the end of my tenancy so they just didn't care. They never respond to any emails. Never return calls. The only time they did comment was to claim that a window latch was broken and they needed to understand the cost before they reimbursed my last two weeks tenancy. It was a complete lie about the window. Just a delaying tactic. They've ignored everything for over a year now. They had no intention of reimbursing me. Shameless organization. Beware all owners - they didn't do a single tenancy check when I was there. Tenants - I've heard numerous stories of them keeping deposits for months. Don't take the risk. The reviews on here speak for themselves.

They offered valuable recommendations for choosing a solicitor and worked diligently to expedite the purchase process. Their personal approach significantly eased the stressful process of buying a flat.

From start to finish, they were professional, attentive and made the house buying process bearable! However, I must give a special shout-out to Serena, who truly went above and beyond. We viewed numerous properties with various agents, but Serena stood out as exceptional. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and her knowledge was unmatched. She effortlessly answered all our questions and made us feel completely at ease. Beyond her expertise, Serena's personable nature made the experience enjoyable and memorable.
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
17th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend Bourne Estate Property Consultant - Luke Edney from Esher/Cobham branch - who assisted us with the rental journey since start of the year. He was there for us from the very beginning when we have seen the first property, listened our needs and helped us so much along the way. We have received excellent customer service as he was there for us for every phone call, questions we had, always polite and kind - so really top service. I cannot praise Luke highly enough as moving after many years is usually stressful but this one was super smooth! We have moved in today and absolutely love our new place :)

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)LANDLORDS **AVOID-AVOID-AVOID** If I could give a zero rating I would. As a landlord using this company they do nothing to look after their landlords and only take interest in lining their pockets. They ignore any correspondence regarding anything that will effect their fees yet still continue to deduct the monies to them from the rent they collect, despite it not being due or earned to them. if you are a landlord AVOID Dear Chancellors - thank you for your suggestion of e mailing the Directors. The sad thing is that I did that before leaving the review to the very e mail address you have provided. Guess what - no reply. Its a shame you are so quick to give the impression you care on your google reviews rather than reply to your customers and resolve the issue.
