30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Beware of Booking Property Viewings with Your Move If you're considering booking a property viewing with Your Move, you might want to think twice. My experience with them left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. From the moment I expressed interest, I was bombarded with calls, voicemails, and rude emails. What's worse, when I voiced my displeasure, I received even more disrespectful communication, including threats to archive my contact details. Shockingly, this behavior came from the branch manager herself. It's not only upsetting but also baffling how such unprofessionalism can exist in the real estate industry. Ultimately, this aggressive approach is driving potential buyers away, leading to a significant loss in sales for them. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage with Your Move.

Due to his professionalism I finally have a place to call my home.- 28th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)It's been over 1 month since our tenancy agreement ended and still not received our deposit. Did not offer any true updates throughout, we have been told a few times that a refund has been processed but it hadn't, your staff where lying to me on the phone just to get rid of me. Called the landlord, he said you only contacted him in regards to our deposit last Friday, nearly a month after our tenancy ended. I thought a deposit was meant to be refunded within 10 days after the tenancy ended.
25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)We chose Profiles to sell our house as Chris is so knowledgeable and there are no hidden fees or penalties in the contract. The team carried out all the viewings and found us a buyer within about a month. They were supportive throughout a prolonged sale process, caused by problems further down the chain, and kept us informed throughout. Thanks very much to Bryonie and the rest of the team.

My sale was quick and efficient- 22nd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Do not rent house on Lavenham Close in Nuneaton, landlord lives opposite and you wouldn't want to live across the street from that person. When we rented the house we didn't know that the landlord lived opposite and no one told us about it. Landlord will enter your home without your knowledge or consent. Besides, if something breaks, and it definitely will because the house is very old, nothing will be repaired, we lived in a house with a broken toilet for over 6 weeks and the landlord did nothing about it, we had to move out. Connells doesn't help with anything, they lie and cheat all the time. Avoid Connells.

My house was on the market and sold all within a few days of enquiring, and the purchase of my new home went through quickly. Karen and Mary were really friendly and on hand to help with any questions throughout the process! I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Let us a mouldy house and did nothing when we complained. At checkout when we brought this up, the staff were rude and nonchalant about our experience. I don't recommend renting a property through this organisation.
