2nd May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Recently bought in north Leeds, the agents James and David were brilliant. Very responsive, sorted out a number of issues to move the purchase along beyond what they needed to do. Would highly recommend cornerstone and will be using again when I come to sell.

Charlotte Murrie in particular has been incredibly helpful, friendly and endlessly patient throughout the entire process going above and beyond to help and has made the entire process a pleasure. Charlotte has gone out of her way to support me through the house buying process and I would recommend her unequivocally to anyone looking to purchase a house.

They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!
14th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.
1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)I've rented with Martin & Co for over 3 years now and had to move to another of their rented properties due to a sale. They couldn't have been more helpful and attentive during the move. Popping into the office always gets a warm and friendly welcome : )

The sale of our property was extremely difficult and protracted however Monroe’s professionalism never wavered once. Every single member of staff at our office (Boston Spa) were outstanding! Please do not even consider another agent ( we moved from another local agent to Monroe) the other agent failed where Monroe succeeded. Well done. Special thanks have to go to the MD Leanna.
