She made the effort to understand my requirements and work to my very limited timetable. Other estate agents treated my requirements as insoluble, but the team at Frank Innes and Rebecca in particular treated me as a valued customer. I am truly impressed.

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Rented from saints for 2 years and they were awful - impossible to get hold of and very slow at responding to urgent queries such as having a broken boiler. I don't know why they exist other than to take more money off tenants - I can't imagine anything would have been different if we had cut them out the equation dealt directly with the landlord, other than that we would have been financially better off. I've heard that some of the staff I dealt with have left the company since then but I would still advise against renting through this agent.

10th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Unprofessional agent. Two viewings arranged where the agents don’t turn up. Complete time wasters incapable of sticking to a diary or communicating. If simple things like a viewing are a chore to this agent what will the complete experience be like. I dare not find out. 18th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..

6th May 2024 (27 days ago)Terrible estate agents. Lived in a property rented through them for 2 years. Was absolutely filthy when I moved in, stank of smoke, had not had cleaners in. On viewing there was water damage on the bedroom ceiling, was told there was no leak and previous tenant didn't report anything. As soon as it rained water came through. Was a battle to get it fixed and they only fixed the roof not the hole/caving in internal ceiling. Oven was ancient and didn't work so needed a new one putting in. Bedroom radiator broke and took over 2 months to be fixed, spent winter having a bedroom that was an average of 7 degrees. Windows all loose and wobbled in the wall when closing them, could feel the draft and see the curtains moving but my email about it ignored. Handed notice in, took keys back and heard nothing. Had to ask for deposit back. Had it returned then a week or so later got an email saying they were doing an inspection and to ensure it was clean and tidy, I'd not lived there or had keys for a month and already had my deposit back! It's back on the market now, price increased by £75pcm. From the photos they've put new flooring in which it desperately needed but I can see some plants my movers accidentally left still on the windowsill so again cleaners not been in (we did clean it before leaving at least, except the cupboards we didn't use because the last tenent left them so filthy) Kitchen has had it, was told on viewing the landlord was going to do it after the next tenant, clearly a lie as it's still the same! Honestly if you can afford to use another agent, please do!

It's no surprise that they have so many thank you cards displayed in their window! I would highly recommend them as we have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and this is by far the best experience we have had.

23rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)During the last 6 years, I've moved 7 times on account of my job and without reservation, the experience I have had with Ewemove has been the best I've ever had so far. I would like to especially mention Amy-Louise Richardson, who personally looked after me and my wife throughout our tenancy. She not only has excellent knowledge about the properties that she shows people and the localities where they are but unlike other agencies, she doesn't hand you over to a colleagues and personally looks after you throughout. In Amy, we found a friend and I will forever remain grateful for all the help she has provided and I am sad to be leaving the property I was in. All the best for all of your hard work.
