- 2nd May 2024 (18 days ago)I am a first time buyer so no previous experience about getting an state agent appointment, viewing itself is totally a new experience for me. I was bit nervous on the day of my house viewing on the top tensed about how I will manage to view three houses in 45 minutes without any personal vehicle. In my first property viewing I explained my situation to Jack and he was very kind and helpful. He gave lift to me and my husband and showed us all three properties. It was a great experience. Being a first time buyer I asked so many questions to Jack but he was very nice and polite in answering all our questions. If the state agents are supportive and helpful like Jack buying a house can be pleasent experience. It should say my overall experience is very satisfying. Thanks Jack

12th May 2024 (8 days ago)At first everything was fine I was not the perfect Customer by a long way however I am paying for a service We had offers which I was told to take which I declined I held on and on and eventually got my asking price Once sold it all felt a little pushy the week up to the moving day a lot of phone calls all needless about what time are you basically getting out the contract said 2pm On the day some old Rubbish about logistics ???? actually wanted to know at 0930 what time we are leaving several other calls followed in the end I said I would drop the keys of when I had finished moving At 1330 I took the keys to NEA on going into the shop I got greeted by a lady asking what do I want I said to drop keys She said he is on a call and is it rental or sales I said Sales she snatched the keys of me with out even a thank you Once they have your Money it seems they don’t care I have emailed Mark Peto which I still haven’t had a reply I was warned about NEA but thought I would give them a chance

7th May 2024 (13 days ago)Not professional. After scheduling a 5pm viewing ( 9 Brechin Court) on a Tuesday a week in advance, the agent calls me around lunch time confirming the viewing, which I confirmed. At 4:55 (as I am 1 minute away the property) agent calls and says that the viewing is not possible and need to reschedule. They do not give a strong enough reason. The reason is the house at the moment is “not in a viewing condition”. No follow ups, not the slightest customer care shown. They need to understand their job and do that properly! Highly unprofessional, would not recommend this. Poor management, poor agents leading to a very unpleasant experience.
6th May 2024 (14 days ago)Earlier this year Walmsley both sold our house and the house we bought. We had an incredibly good experience with them in both instances. The people at Walmsley were fantastic at every stage: showing us houses, getting ours on the market, and during the buying/selling process. We couldn't be home when the photos of our house were being taken but Craig met the photographer and handled everything for us, including moving some incredibly heavy boxes to get a good photo of our spare room - something we did not expect him to do! Paula was absolutely fabulous once offers had been accepted and we were going through the buying/selling process. Like every house purchase, there were some bumps in the road, but Simon and Paula kept us well informed and we managed to navigate through. Now we are in the house of our dreams where we get to raise our toddler!

27th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I got a visit from one of your agent to estimate price for our property he came into our house and got a really rude manner, he came into our property he didn't even get bothered to take his shoes of he just walked through everything made our carpet really dirty full with mud without any care ! Well I would never use this type of agency to say"agent "who has zero respect about peoples home ! The first thing as an adult he should learn if you enter in someones house at least take off your shoes and respect the customers !!!
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

1st Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)First time in 8 years I had the opportunity to rent a flat through Martin &Co Agents. Sinced the beginning from the first viewing Kyra was showing the flat and explained everything perfectly personal and thu the emails aswell making things clear. Jaidan who took over later, he past us thru the referencing process,(wich was,rapid and efficient)then completing the process and the contract,everything went smooth and efficient and this agency they really impressed us when we went to pick up the flat keys they were attached with a company logo key holder not to mention a beautiful welcome ???? box with sweets and a lot of discount vouchers to different retailers. Thank ???? you for being the best Agents and Agency that I've encountered since my 8 years in UK. Keep up the good work and Happy Easter ???? ????
