20th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Unfortunately a really awful year in this property. All lovely at first to get us in. Then once we were in we had loads of problems ,leaks in a number of rooms. heating not working, black mould and damp. Lots of our belongings were damaged. Unfortunately we had no idea when we went to view the property. Nothing was ever done, ignoring my messages regarding the problems. Or they would say it was going to be sorted but it was just all lies. And nearly two years later he has send a debt to us ,which is nothing to do with us. But luckily I had the proof to prove otherwise.

17th Jan 2024 (20 weeks ago)Really disappointing service from Martin & Co when viewing a rental property. No level of customer service. Lettings Manager didn't care that there were issues with the property, 'let as seen' attitude despite there being damage to walls and issues in the bathrooms, snagging issues throughout. Not provided any information on next steps or application process. Waste of my afternoon, having taken time off work to go and view the property.
16th May 2024 (17 days ago)Lotti Milner has been first class, relentless in her efforts and keeping me constantly inform of progress, no matter if things have gone as expected, or something has caused a bump in the road, she has never shirked her responsibility, tried to hide or sugar coat the truth, exactly what you want in an agent. Always cheerful and I’m yet to hear her sound flustered. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. An absolute credit to the branch. Swimming against the tide of the stereotypical image of letting agents. Sorry to any other agents reading this, you’ll need to up your games!

1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)I try to keep an eye out for properties that are empty and vulnerable close to my house but sadly am instead treated like I'm being nosy. Shame as I used to work st Connells. Also so many rented properties are not being maintained and are dragging areas down.

7th May 2024 (26 days ago)Rented a property back in 2021. Council tax was included in the contract to be paid by the landlord. Fast forward 3 years and I’ve now found out the landlord never paid it and I’ve got debt collectors knocking at my door for payment. Written proof from your move that it was included, but Your move and the landlord are refusing to accept responsibility. Avoid this company like the plague!

I would highly recommend Kate, Rachael and the rest of the team to anyone looking to instruct conscientious and professional estate agents, both to sell or source properties within Worcestershire. They have a great understanding of the local market and a wealth of experience. I’ll certainly be using them again in the future.
28th May 2024 (5 days ago)Arden (Worcester), highly recommended, put mums house on the market and must say was very impressed with the service received from listing to completion. The whole team were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lara got things moving and hurried the sale along, and keep me updated on all the viewing. Leanne then picked up to completion, all in all a very good team, thanks to you all.

8th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)My sincerest gratitude to Tierney (Property Manager). Tierney has been my property manager for 3yrs now and I never had any bad experience with her at all. I totally have no clue about the technicalities of renting a house in the UK. All I know is, I pay, I keep the house clean and that's it. All other concerns such as maintenance, repairs and legal stuff are definitely not my areas of expertise. That's where Tierney comes in! Everything I need, any questions I have and all requests I have are all sorted out in a very swift manner. Tierney has an amazing customer service skills. She always gets things done, the way it should be and she communicates everything very clearly. I am so happy with Tierney and Leaders!
