30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I honestly cannot recommend sweetmove enough. Emily and Kate are second to none, their knowledge and guidance have made the process of selling my house easy and enjoyable. This was my first time selling a property so I went into it pretty clueless and worried however with Emily and Kate on the other end of the phone each worry was squished almost immediately. They found me a buyer so quickly and made sure I was up to date every step of the way. So happy my house is sold however now sad I don’t get to deal with Kate and Emily each week (sometimes daily, sorry ladies)!! 5 star service.

16th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)This is not the first time we have used Blenkin&co. We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

8th May 2024 (11 days ago)Bridgfords was really helpful when moving in and out of my flat, they responded quick to emails and problems during the tenancy, when things broke they would be fixed within a few days. Big shout out to Kate who recently gave me a lot of advice for renting my new flat but has also been really helpful and informative about people viewing my old flat, she has been fully flexible to work around my schedule and is very friendly too.

8th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)I cannot commend David enough for his enthusiasm, resolve, customer service skills and dedication to both marketing and selling our property! David spent a lot of time with each viewing and always obtained feedback from each potential purchaser, which he then fed back to us the same day. He is a credit to the industry. I would also like to mention David’s wife, Christine, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes with all follow up enquiries, constantly keeping in touch with us from start to finish and is a great source of moral support. She is as dedicated as David, and they make a formidable team! I cannot recommend them highly enough Thanks Dave and Christine! ????????

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!
3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)Andrew and I would like to personally thank Scott and his team, Sam Broadley in particular, for helping to steer us through selling of a property in York. Sam has been absolutely fantastic. The service he has given us has been spot on, reacting with speed to information received and being very clear with the next steps. He has also put our minds to rest at numerous stages throughout the often stressful process which was invaluable. The use of the WhatsApp group has been fast, efficient and perfect for us all to receive information at the same time. Brilliant idea! We did use another York estate agent in the beginning and really should have accepted your advise and guidance from the start. We are so pleased that the sale was actioned by Your Move York. 18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Dealt with the sale of our property, contactable all hours and nothing was too much trouble, answered any queries straight away. Presented our property well for marketing and sold within days.
