When we needed tact, diplomacy and reassurance she was there for us. She was always totally honest, straightforward and direct, so that we knew exactly where we were at any time. She has seemingly boundless energy and, when the occasion arose, she was a real fighter on our behalf. Above all, she understands the sometimes subtle art of successful negotation. Sophie is a real winner, who deserves to rise high within the organisation. Sitting now in the first day of our new home, we cannot thank her enough. Ronnie & Nicki
1st Apr 2024 (9 weeks ago)We’ve used Plaza since 1996 and found them to be professional and helpful. It’s not easy to find a decent estate/letting agency but they have a "no responsibility" clause in their terms of business, which means that you have no comeback if they fail to do a job properly. Keep yourself updated about changes in the law.

10th May 2024 (24 days ago)Ive had an amazing experience with the team , Nicole it particular was very helpful and great communication throughout the rental. We couldn’t do it without her. I’ve found all staff friendly and a lovelies gentlemen dealt with our deposit process.

From the viewing with Raphael, to the referencing process with Emma. They were amazing. Emma was polite, professional and efficient. Always keeping me updated, every step of the way. Would 100% recommend them if you would like a seamless moving process.

Open Estates have been very professional from the start and although early days had been a slow market, they have kept communication on a regular bases. Hope to have a completion soon all thanks to the team.

Her response was so unprofessional and rude that it made me do this review. I'm impressed with how they are still in business!

5th Dec 2023 (5 mo. ago)????????!! THESE ARE SCAMMERS!!Never rent a house from this agency. The agency and the landlord cooperated and took our money.???????? When I left the rent they told me the house was not good. Before I rented, the house was a dump But I repaired it. Before I left, they asked me to fix the bedroom, so I did what they said because I didn't want the deposit. Even though I repaired it, they deducted it from my deposit.????????????THESE ARE SCAMMERS

17th May 2024 (17 days ago)They refused us to rent a property cos of partner's unfair ccj. Fair play by Peter who returned the deposit,a good man. The reason for 3 stars is another boss Paul made the decision not to let us when the landlord was happy for us to move in. Otherwise, why Kelly would ring us to arrange to pop in to office to pay the rest of deposit and monthly rent. The next day this pathetic man makes decision on behalf of landlord.

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done. On top of this she was a pleasure to work with and absolutely determined to get the best possible outcome for her client. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Private Realtor.

He is always available to take a call and answer any questions we have, no matter what time of the day. He is a great asset to Strettons and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell at auction.
11th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)Stones Residential have no care for their tenants and are only concerned about pleasing the landlords they represent. They took ages to fix various things in our flat, including the hot water last autumn. They took very long to get back to us when we raised issues and even then we received replies that were sharp and rude, with zero empathy. Once we finally moved out they took 3+ months to resolve our dispute and continued to take 0 ownership or responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

My husband passed away in January and I moved back to Italy leaving me with an empty flat to sell. L&Q was the mandatory agency with the sale. I trusted Aroon in giving the keys and organise the viewing. He sold my apartment in only one viewing, after been on the market for 2 months. Thank you Aaron
