6th May 2024 (4 days ago)SO glad I chose Next Place. From start to finish everyone was totally 'on it' to give me sound advice on pricing (thanks Anton and Luke for listening to what my priorities were), get my house photographed and marketed (thanks Luke - very impressive), liaise with my tenant for viewings in a really considerate way, then manage offers (thanks Holly). Extra praise goes to the crack pair of sales progression ladies Abby and Nicola who kept me updated every few days throughout and chivvied solicitors etc so that the sale went through in record time. It's often the sales progression part that gets stressful as it drags on but not here. I've never had a less stressful property experience - I can't recommend them highly enough. Good work :-)

17th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)The wrong property was shown on the attached video walk through to the websites showing the property. Some information given me prior to agreeing to go with Bagshaws was not correct. Price guide for similar properties showed several advertisements for our property from 10 years ago. Just received after several weeks confirmation of property details. Changed Office within Bagshaws to early to conclude yet.
17th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ashley Adams estate agents. My experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to write this review. * Despite numerous attempts to contact Molly, I have received no response. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. * As a customer, I expected timely and professional communication throughout the process, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. * Handling of the sale was done inappropriately, quick to take the deposit but no support afterwards. * Travis didn't stick to his words of 'I'll collate all the information and get back in touch'. * I was informed by Travis that the holding deposit fee would be returned if the deal with the property fell through, which it did for reasons that are legally acceptable. However, it is now approaching almost 3 months, and I have not received the refund. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to rectify the situation which I can’t see happening any time soon.

6th May 2024 (4 days ago)Terrible estate agents. Lived in a property rented through them for 2 years. Was absolutely filthy when I moved in, stank of smoke, had not had cleaners in. On viewing there was water damage on the bedroom ceiling, was told there was no leak and previous tenant didn't report anything. As soon as it rained water came through. Was a battle to get it fixed and they only fixed the roof not the hole/caving in internal ceiling. Oven was ancient and didn't work so needed a new one putting in. Bedroom radiator broke and took over 2 months to be fixed, spent winter having a bedroom that was an average of 7 degrees. Windows all loose and wobbled in the wall when closing them, could feel the draft and see the curtains moving but my email about it ignored. Handed notice in, took keys back and heard nothing. Had to ask for deposit back. Had it returned then a week or so later got an email saying they were doing an inspection and to ensure it was clean and tidy, I'd not lived there or had keys for a month and already had my deposit back! It's back on the market now, price increased by £75pcm. From the photos they've put new flooring in which it desperately needed but I can see some plants my movers accidentally left still on the windowsill so again cleaners not been in (we did clean it before leaving at least, except the cupboards we didn't use because the last tenent left them so filthy) Kitchen has had it, was told on viewing the landlord was going to do it after the next tenant, clearly a lie as it's still the same! Honestly if you can afford to use another agent, please do!

3rd May 2024 (7 days ago)We have really enjoyed our buying experience with Watson. Francesca and Alan have taken very good care of us. It's no surprise that they have so many thank you cards displayed in their window! I would highly recommend them as we have bought and sold a number of houses over the years and this is by far the best experience we have had.
18th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She as looked very well after me and my tenants. Chantelle and her team from the Beeston Office have been super efficient, excellent in communication and very accommodating to my needs. I can only recommend!
