Me and my family are planning on relocating to Sussex to be near family and give my kids a better life as we live in London. we found this lovely house got accepted tho great let's get everything moving getting references done so my partner put in his notice at work as his a support work has been for over 8 years and hours are not flexible 14 hours days plus sleep in so he got job thats more flexible so can look for work in the new area. Explained all this even said we would pay a few months in advance then get rejected coz my partner not having a stable job how that make sense.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. 15th May 2024 (5 days ago)Huge thanks to Rob and Stuart for assisting with the sale of my flat, I could not have asked for a better service. They remained patient with me throughout the initial stages, whilst I was trying to decide whether to sell or not. They also provided me with great advice on how to proceed with a slightly different sale due to Land Registry changes. Once on the market they were in touch almost daily to organise viewings and keep me informed on progress. I have managed to exchange (and almost complete) on the sale of my leasehold property in just a few short months, which is unheard of, and solely down to them chasing solicitors and keeping all of us in the chain informed on next steps. I will absolutely be using them for any future sales!

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.
