   Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier....    Monopoly communication was good. Whoever I contacted them, they responded promptly. They were happy to come to my home when I wished to discuss things with them. When there were enquiries from people wanting to view, they phoned me to discuss a convenient time & date, then followed that up with a text & email, & on the day of the viewing, reminded me again by text & email. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months.
