From making an offer to completion day Stephanie, Ellie and Harry were amazing, always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Always responded to calls and emails and kept us fully updated through the process. We would have no hesitation in recommending Harris and Birt to sell or rent a property. Thank you again so much for making a stressful time less stressful.

1st Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Watts & Morgan. Our house was sold quickly and for a value we were happy with. Even though we were in a chain, the completion was speedy and we received regular updates throughout the process. We would definitely use again.
10th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Very bad experience. Seller Accepted offer. My mortgage broker was working on it. Received call from Nina estates saying seller declined my offer after 5 days. I spoke to David same day in the morning saying give me 24hrs I will provide mortgage in principal. Same day evening time received call from David seller declined offer. Very disappointing.

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.
