Sheila listened intently, then gave honest and good advice on solutions and potential pitfalls (our timeline). Sheila stated she would come back to us and did! She everything she could to secure us the right place and found a solution. It is so good to work with someone who has experience and also our best in mind. Thank you S&C
27th May 2024 (8 days ago)I cannot recommend James Anderson enough, we initially used them four years ago as very nervous first time buyers and they were brilliant from a buyers perspective totally walking us through the process and helping us to purchase a flat that we have loved. When it came to sell the property we immediately thought to contact Jack to assist with the sale. Within a week we had offers on the flat and sold quickly for a price we were happy with. Jack & Graham managed the whole process and provided us with very regular updates and feedback and were very accessible whenever we needed them. They have also been invaluable with our onward purchase that is out of the area, managing the onward chain and supporting us through the process. James Anderson have sold most of our neighbours properties too and came to us highly recommended- I can now definitely see why.

13th May 2024 (22 days ago)By far the WORST management company I've ever dealt with! Not only are they totally useless; they barely respond to you, and only reach out to you when they want to charge you for something (then conveniently disappear when you ask for details), they're also extremely incompetent and can't answer basic questions. I'm honestly not sure what it is they're 'managing' - I really hope enough people complain about them, as they need to be reported and investigated. I don't trust them with anything, let alone my managing my property! BE CAREFUL!!!

All of the agents were very accommodating and incredibly helpful. I was very pleased with the whole process and how easy they made it feel for me. They listened to our concerns and what we wanted even if some times they did not agree. But in the end we were very pleased with all of their help in selling the house.

18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He kept me informed at all times was very pleasant. I couldn't thank Watermans enough for a great service.

He assessed very quickly what my daughter and I wanted. And he never took us to unsuitable flats. He found us one at the 3rd attempt. He never stays out of touch and was always reachable. Having met up with some of his colleagues of other branches I can only say Domenico put them all in the shade. Thank you Foxtons and well done, Domenico. Christina Ciriello- 20th May 2024 (15 days ago)I had spoke with one agent (I dont remember his name) from Foxton Wimbledon office and he was very demanding that we compromise our choices in order to find something appropriate by our taste. I was a bit upset as I liked what they offer but he was very pushy we compromise rent or location. Did not want to show us what we asked for. Saying it was not convenient for us.. I hang up. After that I did an enquiry for one of the properties I liked and Martin ( Foxton Wimbledon office) was the one that follow up. He had very professional approach. Listen to our demands and manage to fulfil all of them for good value of property, location and budged. Our agent was Martin from Foxton Wimbledon. He was very understanding of what we were looking for. He had many options to offer based on what we asked. Always kept in touch and making sure everything goes smoothly. I highly recommend him. If your looking into properties I recommend you ask for him. Thank you!!
