20th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)Thank you to the team at Marina & Hampshire Life Homes, especially Lisa and Maria, for assisting my wife and I to find a new home in Port Solent. Lisa took the time 12 months ago to show us property styles and then 6 months ago we identified the one we wanted (style, location & outlook). Maria supported us and both the vendor and our solicitors throughout the process, as we learnt the purchasing of both a house and a remote mooring is slightly more complex than a regular house or apartment. Angela's and Rob's knowledge of the Port Solent and living in the marina development to be invaluable.

30th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Jeffries were quick and efficient to put my house on the market. It sold to the first buyer and throughout the sale to completion ,Miles was on the case. I finally moved two weeks ago and am very happy with my downsize.
4th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time. Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.

14th May 2024 (6 days ago)I can’t recommend Darren and the team highly enough. This is the second house sale I have undertaken with them. They are readily available throughout the process, helpful, good communication and very organised but also provide a personal service. They made the whole process as simple and seamless as it could be.
9th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)- Original listing price was too high, I could see that the Agent could not - Communication was hit and miss - Reactive with their marketing, only really made changes after being repeatedly chased by me. - We accepted an offer which fell through - These things happen however the Agent didn't seem to have a clue as to what was going on with our buyers leading to our property being left off the market for 6 weeks needlessly, whilst assuring us the sale was safe. - Received a revised offer from our buyers, did not pass this on just rejected it on our behalf, nor were we informed that the buyer was dropping their offer by 20k - should have been a massive red flag - Lied to us on a number of times including saying we had refused delivery of a for sale board which we did not - Didnt seem to be interested in trying to push a sale, the attitude was 'the right people will come along'

6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!
15th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They took a deposit from my company, then changed the rules, forcing us to withdraw, and refused to give us our money back! They treat customers like enemies. They wouldn't even speak to us! STEER CLEAR! AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL COMPANY. The reply below is untrue. They knew it was a company let. I wasn't rude to staff. I just asked for a refund, so they said "don't speak to us again". Their idea of a compromise is all one sided. They hide behind their Ts & Cs and have zero empathy with customers. STEER CLEAR, they are trouble! It is them who are unpleasant! Just look at all the bad reviews!

24th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)We recently sold and brought via Bernards Estate Agents using the Waterlooville Branch and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Tom Higgins assisted us with the sale of our property and was professional and knowledgable. He was also patient whilst showing us our dream house supporting multiple viewings and countless questions. Without a doubt the person that held the entire chain and deal together was Diamie Goddard. At times the it felt like we were never going to get across the line. However Diamie kept the lines of communications open across all stakeholders and was relentless in ensuring everyone was kept up to date. I cannot thank Diamie, Tom and the entire Bernard’s Waterlooville branch enough. Highly recommended.
