Called back and agent remembered me, again he said he will pass on details to very busy team, now 1 week has passed and no answer. Can you imagine going through a process of buying or selling with them.. Bad service, avoid Lucy from customer relation will email the same robotic catchphrase, can you email us at so and so....total nonsense...look at all the reviews, robot Lucy will answer with same lines

All of the staff there are so polite and helpful including Abigail who is extremely understanding and supportive. We weren't sure that going with a mortgage broker was the right decision, but it most certainly was and we are so over the moon with the response times and treatment we have recieved. All staff are happy to help when they can anyway, and they are all very informative and polite. I would 100% recommend Connells to anyone looking at buying or even selling a house!

Jamie has also been a great help with sourcing our agreement in principle and supporting us to put an offer on a property. Since then he has guided us through the process of our mortgage application as first time buyers and is extremely kind, approachable and easy to make contact with.

They couldn't have done more for us and they were there every step of the way that we needed them. I will be recommending to everyone to utilise the Wonder Team at Richard James! Moreover, April Marks was a godsend. Friendly, proactive and extremely intelligent. She is the best person in estate agency I've come across.

Got a call back the same day I made an inquiry to arrange a veiwing. The application process was so simple, And I got the decision on the day they said. Would recommend.

8th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I chose Chelton Brown to manage my portfolio based on personal recommendation and my own research. I had a short-list of two agents in the town that I felt stood out as being serious about the lettings business. So many estate agents seem to see lettings as easy money, but are not dedicated to a service model as distinct from the large one-off commission on property sales. Before committing I met with the Managing Director and key people that would support me, my properties, and of course my tenants. 3 years later I continue to grow my portfolio and feel justified in choosing Chelton Brown.

Most courteous of people who kept me up to date with everything with the progress of the sale. Highly recommend Matthew Nicholas for buying or selling a property

Nothing, and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. Ian handled the sale of our house, and the sale of another we were responsible for. It all went very well; difficult situations were dealt with, with minimal stress to ourselves. The buyer of our house was guided every step of the way, as required. When things looked like going completely wrong Ian stepped in and guided the sale home on time. Legend. Thanks, Winkworth, for all you’re help guidance and understanding.
