They were definitely super optimistic about the valuation — we only got a single offer in 5 months. The offer was £50k below the original asking price, and £25k below the price we eventually reduced to.
Communication was reasonably quick and Katrina was good to work with. They handled viewings quickly and efficiently - no problems there.
They seemed to know a lot about my exact development; I think a lot of people just bought these new builds at ridiculous prices which have now come back to Earth. Not sure I can blame Bairstow Eves for that, but I feel like they could’ve known this when they fought for my business.

Chloe is simply amazing, nothing is too much trouble. She arranged a viewing, assisted with my offer, even got me an appointment in branch on the same day for ID and security checks. I am blown aware with the service I received, especially the communication. Extremely knowledgeable, and also patient. Chloe would be my first point of call every time! Thank you so much.

Keshia, Scarlet, Fabian and Helena have been exceptional. They made the sale of my property simple and straightforward in a normally very stressful time! The house sold amazingly quickly and I can't fault them. Keshia in particular made sure I was always up to speed with the latest information regards the sale.

The most reliable and positive agency in Lincoln. We have rented with a few different companies and none have been so efficient and so willing to help. There seems to be a genuine care about us. Kieran has been outstanding, giving us plenty of updates, so straight forward in what is needed from us. He was ready to answer my endless questions, give his support and has made this whole process easier without stress. A big shout out to Sammy also for her constant updates and support in the early stages. I could not recommend this company more if you are renting. Professional through and through!

“Chris Rawlings”
Wow I was blown away with his knowledge, experience & professionalism. I am in a very difficult situation with another estate agent. Chris was able to give me the most amazing advice of which I am putting into play as of now. He told me his honest opinion even if this meant not good news for myself, of which I truly admire.
In the near or distant future I will only be using Chris. Never have I met a gentleman that was so helpful.
I’ve realised that there are some very poor estate agents out there.
