Atrocious. Had the misfortune of DJ Alexander acquiring Tay Letting and my property being transferred to their management - nothing but issues since. Completely impossible to get any response from anyone by email or phone call. AVOID.

I had a great experience renting a flat with DJ Alexander.
Carol Clark has been very friendly, helpful and professional going above and beyond to assist me in the process.
Furthermore, Scott Luttrell was great in taking me through the flat and showing me all the facilities and utilities.
Due to my experience with them, I would be inclined to rent with DJ Alexander again.

I recently rented from d.j alexander in edinburgh, worse agent ever rented. I had no hot water and heating for 5 days landlord called saleem siddique, worse person to rent. I didn't get my deposit back all customers he is a very rude and not helpful person don't rent 104 colwood Avenue G53 7XS

Very poor communication & maintenance.
There is no hot water in our shower for 4.5 weeks now. Nothing has been done.
Very disappointing!

I resent giving 1 star but you have to press on a star to get the point of being able to write something.
This agency does not operate on the basis of managing and looking after your properties.
They will quickly fill your property with the worst type of tenant and take no responsibility when it all fails.
They take days to provide feedback, if at all. There is no transparency and when they do engage on your feedback about poor service generally it’s a list of excuses and no action.
There is a sprinkling of good people among them who work hard and I have no doubt that the only reason the lights are on.
Very very poor. If you are a landlord and need property managed - Stay away at all costs.
