Awful experience, rented from these guys back in 2017. Flat was awful, assistance was awful and the application process was horrendous. Reviewing only now after seeing my old emails with them whereby they were completely disorganised. They didn't do anything dodgy with my deposit or such but the price and conditions of the property were unjustifiably bad and considering it was my second rental property, it was suspect that they were so suspicious of my background.

I had the best experience by far since i have moved to UK. Northwood Estate Agents i think are one of the best if not the best. Essy was very professional, helpful, effecient and very easy to talk to. My move from Swindon to St Albans was made easier by Essy and the rest of the Northwood Estate Agents TEAM. I would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues. ????????????????????????????????????????

Excellent and quick response from Northwood. I recently had a plumbing issue in my house and informed my house agent, Chanel, about it. I was incredibly impressed with how quickly she responded and attended to the matter. She efficiently found the proper resources and got the issue fixed in no time. Her responsiveness, quick action, and friendly demeanor made the whole experience stress-free. I'm extremely happy with her service and highly recommend her!

Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with never sorted any of the problems we reported, that needed fixing always had to do it myself to then be told I didn’t have permission to do that. there rude on the phone when you call them about a issue. and trying to get my deposit back was a issue I was always having to chase for it back and after about a month I still didn’t get the full amount Avoid at all cost

I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast.
My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc.
I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

I definitely recommend Northwood estates. I recently moved in the United Kingdom so didn’t know how the system works , however I received a lot of help from Patience which is one of the agent of Northwood . I’m very happy that I chose them.
