17th May 2024 (3 days ago)Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been renting for almost 5 years in the UK and nothing has been this bad. The property was not ready for anyone to live in it - I was without hot hotter for three weeks in winter, there were fleas in the flat, heaters didn’t work. The agency didn’t do anything to help and always took way to long for basic things. Wouldn’t recommend.

18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..
17th May 2024 (3 days ago)Awful experience, rented from these guys back in 2017. Flat was awful, assistance was awful and the application process was horrendous. Reviewing only now after seeing my old emails with them whereby they were completely disorganised. They didn't do anything dodgy with my deposit or such but the price and conditions of the property were unjustifiably bad and considering it was my second rental property, it was suspect that they were so suspicious of my background.
2nd May 2024 (18 days ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. The entire experience has engendered a profound sense of disappointment and resentment towards both him and the company.

10th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)It has been one and a half years since Centrick took over the management of my property, and it has been a terrible experience living in my flat. They have been unprofessional, entering my flat without permission, and constantly seeking excuses to evict me despite timely rent payments. They issued a Section 21 notice, and now they are increasing the rent significantly, requiring me to undergo referencing again despite three years of continuous renting. They are also altering payment dates arbitrarily as a new agent takes over, causing unnecessary stress. Despite my attempts, senior management has not reached out to address these issues. I cannot recommend Centrick to landlords or tenants based on the distressing experience I've endured.

We would highly recommend Avocado Properties services to anyone looking for residential lettings or sales. Our agent Pooja was exceptional. 24th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Horrible experience...their emails are very aggressive (bold and red text), they are not helpful at all and they forget who is the customer always trying to get in dominant positions, asking for things quoting the law without even understanding the law( i.e: querying a transaction between own accounts on £500 quoting money laundry law- threshold being £8k/ 10k eur/ transaction to other people - not to own accounts. Asking for a passport( despite the 2 uploads of copies and referencing agency checks) in the last minute on collection of the keys after contracts signed and all the funds paid...etc. any ID should have been enough. Anyway I couldn't find any professionalism there not even on mr Oakman himself
