Do not recommend at all, terrible service! Does not comply with the tenancy agreement! Be careful!
I moved in to one bedroom apartment in February 2024, and turned out the apartment had bed bugs (monthly rent is just over 1,800£, and as I’m student I had to pay 6 months upfront). I reported to the property manager and she took steps, and over a month even after pest control there were still bed bugs present (it was heavily infested, not a small problem). First one and a half month I waited patiently and did my best to solve the problem. But the bed bugs were still alive after pest control visits, so almost after 2 months since I detected the bed bugs. So when I requested to terminate the contract (I gave up after almost 2-3 months of sleepless nights and sleeping on the sofa) and get refund on advance payments they rejected my request although in our agreement there was a clause stating if the premises are uninhabitable for over a month either party has the full rights to terminate the contract! (Uninhabitable legally means when u have pests at your place). So they broke the contract, they do not comply with the agreement.
Also, I have requested to replace the bed for about 3-4 times on the phone and through email and almost 2 months later they said they will bring the new bed and the furniture company found bed bugs! (After the pest control visits)
