I can’t recommend this team and Ross enough.
15th May 2024 (18 days ago)I just have to give a massive shoutout to Ali at David Harris Agency in Finchley! After being let down by countless estate agencies without any solid reasons, we were feeling pretty disheartened. Then, a friend recommended Ali, who had previously helped them find their dream rental through David Harris, and they couldn't stop raving about Ali's professionalism and demeanor. Initially, we had put an offer on a property in pretty rough shape, feeling like we had no other options in our desperate quest to escape our current neighborhood, which wasn't ideal for my daughters. Unfortunately, the landlord turned down our offer. But Ali didn't give up on us! Despite our tight budget and specific requirements for North Finchley, Ali persisted. And guess what? He found us an absolute gem—a brand new, beautifully refurbished flat. As I'm sitting here writing this review, I'm gazing out at a stunning park view from my living room, and I can't help but feel immense gratitude for what Ali and the team at David Harris have done for my family. 6th May 2024 (27 days ago)Tasked with finding the right estate agent to market and sell my parents' house I met six agents, but for a variety of reasons I couldn't settle on any of them. Then I met Nicky at Hamptons and instantly felt she offered the professionalism and support I'd need. It wasn't because she gave the highest valuation of the house. On the contrary, Nicky's valuation was actually the lowest (but as events proved, the most realistic). But at that first meeting I felt she knew the local market inside out, and possessed the well-honed instincts that only deep experience can bring. Some people just radiate "trust me, I know EXACTLY what I'm doing". I assumed her team must be similarly great, and I was right. Everyone seemed to have a hand in the process, but Mark took the lead and was exceptional in both his constant communication (no detail of the process was too small to pass on to me), and his counsel whenever we encountered a wobble or needed advice. And from everyone at Hamptons, warmth and humour to make a tricky process a little easier. To anyone looking for the right estate agent to help you buy or sell, you'll find them at Hamptons in Whetstone. Like many other reviewers here, I can't recommend the team highly enough.

31st May 2024 (2 days ago)Alex Crown sold my flat for me and I couldn’t be happier.Nothing was too much trouble for Juelz, Yovin and Rahman who always gave a prompt, polite and personal service. The sale hit a few bumps but they were relentless in their efforts to dot the ‘i’s and cross the’t’s. Rahman seems to work all hours and always kept his promise to ring me to keep me appraised of developments, no matter how late. He was unfailingly enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful and I would not hesitate to recommend using Alex Crown to anyone wishing to sell in the Holloway Road area.

29th May 2024 (4 days ago)I recently worked with David from Garrison Estates and was extremely pleased with the amazing level of service that he provided. He was the glue that held everything together. He helped communicate between all parties, was extremely approachable and friendly, easy to message on WhatsApp and always available to take a call, helped push along the process when there were delays with getting information from third parties and even continued to relay information from the seller after the sale. I cannot imagine a more ideal estate agent to help navigate the complicated process of buying property, and I will definitely be looking to use David's services again in the future if I ever need to deal with selling property. Highly recommended. And thank you!
17th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!
20th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
17th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Dodgy business practice with Andrew entering flats without permission from renters. Exceptionally rude and entitled attitude. The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!
