7th May 2024 (26 days ago)I recently purchased in the area and was assisted by Ellions estate agents. I primarily worked with Mahul who was absolutely amazing. He was very efficient at coordinating communication between several parties. In my case, the transaction was not a straighforward one and without Mahul's assistance could have easily dragged on a month or two. I was very impressed by his performance as an agent. Ellisons as an estate agency as great and this is from the perspective of someone who prettu much worked with all big name estate agencies (I attempted to purchase 8 times????). My only regret is I wish I had gotten the opportunity to work with them sooner. I know people generally do not have good things to say about EAs but in my experience the EAs here are genuine, efficient and sympathetic. You actually have that feeling of we are working together on this. Shoutout to Adrian and Sam who helped along this journey too!

2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

Within a week they had found me a buyer and we have just completed with no issues whatsoever. Levi, who was handling my sale was brilliant throughout, offering great advice, quick to respond to questions and seamlessly efficient when it came to that crucial communication with the buyers and their solicitor. 18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

- 20th May 2024 (13 days ago)I had spoke with one agent (I dont remember his name) from Foxton Wimbledon office and he was very demanding that we compromise our choices in order to find something appropriate by our taste. I was a bit upset as I liked what they offer but he was very pushy we compromise rent or location. Did not want to show us what we asked for. Saying it was not convenient for us.. I hang up. After that I did an enquiry for one of the properties I liked and Martin ( Foxton Wimbledon office) was the one that follow up. He had very professional approach. Listen to our demands and manage to fulfil all of them for good value of property, location and budged. Our agent was Martin from Foxton Wimbledon. He was very understanding of what we were looking for. He had many options to offer based on what we asked. Always kept in touch and making sure everything goes smoothly. I highly recommend him. If your looking into properties I recommend you ask for him. Thank you!!
